I'm Lesz Ratajczak.
My work centres on enterprise systems and digital services for large organisations. Through user-centric design, I turn complex requirements into intuitive experiences, carrying that focus through development, delivery and hosting.
I work with stakeholders to understand business priorities, the people using a service and the systems it must fit into. My user-centric approach focuses on clear navigation, accessible interfaces and fewer unnecessary steps, so people can get things done with confidence. Clear scope, agreed milestones and an agile process keep delivery focused. I also welcome small business and personal website projects, adapting the approach to their goals and budgets.
My experience includes NSW Health, NSW Government services, TAFE Digital and Football Federation Australia. Across healthcare, public services, education and sport, I've designed interfaces and systems that support everyday work.
